REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can only accept your return if it:

  • Has all original tags, labels and security attached.
  • Has not been worn, used or damaged.
  • Is not stained. This includes fake tan, deodorant, makeup, odour or any other unknown marks. 
  • Is posted back within 14 days of the return request.
  • IMPORTANT-Has proof of receipt and/ or order number details so we can locate who the parcel belongs to.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recipet and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges for different sizes and not different items. One exchange is allowed per order.

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the correct item is to make a return for the item you have, and make a new purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note: SheOdessa is not liable for lost or stolen parcels if the package appears to have been delivered correctly. SheOdessa does not take responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
