Returns and Exchanges
To start the return process for your order, please use the button below to start a return.
We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
Once the return has been approved you have a further 14 days to return the item.
We can only accept your return if it:
- Has all original tags, labels and security attached.
- Has not been worn, used or damaged.
- Is not stained. This includes fake tan, deodorant, makeup, odour or any other unknown marks.
- Is posted back within 14 days of the return request.
- IMPORTANT-Has proof of receipt and/ or order number details so we can locate who the parcel belongs to.
To start a return:
Fill out the returns form and you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SheOdessa is not liable for any lost or stolen goods, therefore refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.
We will only accept exchanges for different sizes and not different items. One exchange is allowed per order.
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the correct item is to make a return for the item you have, and make a new purchase for the new item.
If you make an exchange using our returns form and you are within the UK, exchanges will be shipped back out free of charge using our DHL parcel service.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please Note: SheOdessa does not take responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. We recommend customers to opt for tacking when retuning a parcel.

If you are within the UK you can use your local post office e.g. Royal Mail. Outside the UK you will need to return to the above address using a postal service of your own choice.
